Tightyard SMS Terms

Tightyard is a product of Augment AI Labs Corporation. These terms cover Tightyard tool alerts: the text messages Tightyard sends to foremen about the tools on their name.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

What the texts are

A company that uses Tightyard, usually the company you work for, keeps a record of which tools are out with you. Tightyard tool alerts tell you about those tools. We text you when:

• Tools go out on your name. You get one text for each checkout, not one per tool.
• Another foreman hands tools to you.
• Tools have been out a long time, or a job that has your tools is about to close.

Every tool alert starts with "Tightyard:", names the company and ends with how to stop the texts. Most alerts link to a Tightyard page that lists your tools. We never send ads or marketing.

How you join

Your company asks you before it adds your mobile number to Tightyard. Then we send you one text right away. It names your company and asks you to reply YES. It links to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. It also says how often we text, that message and data rates may apply, and how to get help or stop.

• Reply YES, Y, SI or SÍ to join.
• Until you reply, we send you nothing else.
• If tools go out on your name before you reply, we hold those receipts for 30 days and send them when you reply YES. If you reply YES after that, you get a link to the tools on your name instead.

Texts are your choice. You do not need them to work or to take tools out. You can always ask your yard which tools are on your name.

How often we text

These are recurring texts. Message frequency varies. It depends on how often tools go out on your name, get handed to you or stay out a long time.

What it costs

Tightyard does not charge you for these texts. Your mobile carrier may charge you, depending on your plan. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any Tightyard text. We also accept END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT, and in Spanish ALTO, PARAR, CANCELAR, DETENER, SALIR and BASTA.

• You get one text back to confirm. After that we send no more texts to your number.
• Stopping covers every Tightyard text to your number, from every company that uses Tightyard.
• You can also ask us to stop by email. We stop as soon as we can, and always within 10 business days.
• Or ask your company's admin to turn your texts off.

How to start again

Reply START to the number that texted you. Only you can turn the texts back on. Your yard cannot do it for you.

Language

Texts come in English or Spanish. Your company picks your language when it adds you. Ask your yard if you want to change it.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text can arrive late or not at all, so do not count on Tightyard texts in an emergency. Tightyard texts go only to mobile numbers in the United States.

Your privacy

We use your mobile number only to send Tightyard tool alerts. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Your agreement to get these texts will not be shared with any third parties. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we post the new version here with the date it takes effect.
